As we are still in the process of creating and uploading training materials and are diligently working on the site mechanics, we have decided to provide a special reward for loan originators who are willing to get started with us now and experience some of the growing pains with us.
While we will have a full bevy of training materials and online application functionality soon, as these programs are in development, we want to give you an incentive to get started with us right-away, since the prime commercial real estate season is already upon us.
For the next fifty (50) loan originators who sign-up with us and pay their $500 set-up fee, we are opening a contest that will put money in your pocket, even before you close your first deal. We are calling this challenge the "Early Bird Challenge," because only the early birds will be able to participate in this contest.
Initially, we were going to limit this opportunity to the first four deals per broker, but we've decided to make it more "challenging," by not placing individual limits on this, but to put a cap on the total amount of pay-outs for this program. So, you can generate as many bonuses as you want until we reach $100k in payouts, at which time the contest will close.
Now, we give you until November 30, 2024, to generate your paid term sheets, but we'll be very surprised if we don't hit the $100k long before this date.
We can often get term sheets within a week or two of a full application submission, so this program can put money in your pocket within the next month!
The basic rules are listed in the graphic above. Normally, we wouldn't allow anyone to submit any loan applications until completing our initial training. However, since we are still in production on the training materials over the next couple of months, we will allow you to manually submit documents even if you haven't been fully-trained.
This will increase the workload for our processors, but we are confident that they can handle it.
Just refer prospects to our online quick-app using your unique link. You may also manually enter loan apps by adding your details to the top of the page on the application and entering your client's data.
As you can see, we have a lot to accomplish, and we are working overtime to get everything built-out for you. This promotion is our way of thanking you for bearing with us during this start-up phase.
