Instructions

Please complete the above fields as fully as possible. The more information you provide now, the easier will be the process of getting you onboarded correctly.

We have essentially three options available to you.

If you are a fully-licensed real estate broker in your state who is not currently providing mortgages, depending on your state we may have options for you for passive income if you would like to be our representative for your state. In this case, you should choose Principal Real Estate Broker as your Broker/Partner Type.

If you are a licensed mortgage broker or loan officer, working on your own, that desires to add commercial mortgage loans to your residential practice, then choose Principal Mortgage Broker as your Broker/Partner Type. If you are a licensed Mortgage Principal, with other loan officers and/or mortgage brokers working under you, then choose Principal Real Estate Broker as your Broker/Partner Type.

If you are not a mortgage broker, but wish to be able to earn referral income by referring borrowers to us, then choose Referral Partneras your Broker/Partner Type. In order to be paid a commission by us on a loan, you must not have any other involvement in the transaction. If you are earning any type of commission or fee on the transaction, it is not legal for us to pay you a separate commission on a purchase transaction. However, once a client is assigned to you, whenever they come to us later for a refinance of their loan, you will be paid a referral commission on the new loan.

If you are a referral partner, once you bring a borrower to us, that borrower will be credited to you as a referral partner for any loans they do going forward. If you bring us a referral that is already registered with us, the borrower will have to be the one to request a change from the original referral partner. If this happens with one of your referrals, we will notify you.

As a mortgage broker or loan officer, you will be paid for any loans you bring to us directly. If your borrower chooses someone else to write their refinance transaction, then that broker will be paid. If your borrower comes directly to us after having done a deal with you previously, we will refer the deal back to you to write and earn the commission. We WILL NOT steal your borrowers for refinance transactions! They remain your borrower until THEY decide otherwise, or you decline to work with them.

NMLS Licensure is not required in order to write Commercial Mortgages with us, but if you do have a license, let us know. We will not contact your current broker for any reason.
If you are registered with NMLS, we need to know your number just for information purposes. If you do not know your registration number, you may search for it here.
If you are not on LinkedIn, or your profile is not up-to-date, then please upload your resume.
