25+ years building expertise in commercial real estate finance, across three continents.
Randall Parker began a decade-long career as a financial advisor, providing real estate, mortgage, insurance, investment, and consumer counseling services.
Took his first residential mortgage application: a six-way multifamily refinance, launching a deep passion for complex real estate finance.
Founded his own mortgage firm, operating under three brands: Clarion Mortgage, Windsor Capital Mortgage, and Shore Capital Mortgage Corporation. Continued writing California mortgage business through 2011.
Graduated Magna cum Laude from Cal State Bakersfield with dual BSBA degrees in Finance (Financial Planning) and Sport Management. Completed the Helen Hawke-Windes Honors Program; awarded the prestigious John Brock Business Scholarship.
Earned an MBA in General Management from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in commercial real estate finance. His analysis of the GE/Arden/Trizec transaction earned the top grade in his cohort.
Named to the Board of Directors of Ecolux Inc. (Philippines), with oversight of Legal, Financial, and Marketing departments.
Named Director of Equity at Chicago-based Alliance Realty Group. Focused on EB-5 visa marketing to Chinese investors, built relationships with family offices, and established a nationwide correspondent Realtor network.
Joined Mortgage Ezy (Australia), the country's largest privately-held mortgage manager, as an Account Manager. Recruited 700+ brokers and closed over $250M+ annually, becoming the company's subject-matter expert in SMSF and NDIS loans.
Led Mortgage Ezy to win the SMSF Adviser Awards for Best SMSF Lender and the Broker's Choice Award, recognition driven in large part by Randall's production volume, customer service, and expertise.
2023Joined a national commercial mortgage brokerage as Senior Vice President of Loan Production, generating over $1.9 billion in applications in six months. In November 2023, founded RPA Commercial Loans as an independent, nationwide commercial loan brokerage.
Built a proprietary loan management platform handling intake, underwriting, document collection, funder matching, e-signatures, and closing coordination, alongside the Parker School of Business, a free MIT-based graduate-level finance academy.
